Super Visa without NOA/T4 | Moved from US

Hello everyone,

Hope you guys are doing well!

I moved to Canada from US in June 2018. I wish to apply for supervisa for my parents but I have not yet filed any taxes in Canada. My question is if my US tax proofs will suffice? As on the other related threads, I saw people submitting either T4s or NOA and I can't provide those. However, I can also provide my paystubs and letter from current employer stating my designation, salary etc.
Appreciate all suggestions.

No your US tax receipts will not be accepted. Best thing would e to wait until you can provide your Canadian NOA. You can try with proof employment and pay stubs but we have seen others who have been refused without submitting their NOA. In general CIC would prefer they see that you have established yourself in Canada. Parents coming to live with you so soon after you have arrived in Canada makes it feel like your parents are moving with you to Canada and less like visitors. Up to you to decide what you want to do.

A TRV will depend on their savings or income, travel history to the countries similar to Canada and whether they have strong ties to their home country. I would mention that they want to visit for less than a month. Would also encourage you to buy travel medical insurance even if it isn't required. Don't buy any tickets before you get a visa. Yes,

1. They can show savings and properties
2. No travel history outside the country
3. My siblings are still living near by them, so I guess we can show some ties.
4. I can buy medical insurance (Thank you for suggestion)

But my dad retired in 1995 from Army, not sure if I should make him the primary applicant while filling the application OR should be my mom (home-maker) ? Both are not doing any job as of today.

I have been living in Canada as a student for 7 years so I have NOA. However, I just started full time employment few months back so my NOA will show small income from previous years. Can I go ahead and apply for a supervisa or do I need to wait until next year's NOA?

Does the NOA show that you meet the LICO amount?
