I am thinking whether to apply Visitor Visa vs Super Visa for my parents. I understand one of the difference between both is that with Super Visa they can stay 2 years at a time in Canada. I wanted to know

1) Using Visitor visa, it says you can stay 6 months in Canada in stretch. But in case, if they go back after 6 months, is their a cooling period before which they cannot enter back in Canada? or they can come back as quickly as possible?

2) Other than duration of stay, are there any other benefits of Super visa vs Visitor visa? I dont expect my parents to stay with me for more than 6 months at a time. So thinking Visitor visa is a better fit, but wanted to know if there are any other benefits of Super Visa that I am missing

3) For application, can I use my email ID and my canadian phone number on IRCC website or will I have to use my Parents credentials only?

1) There is no official cooling period. However if they return immediately or very quickly, they could have issues entering Canada or only be granted a very short stay. As a general rule, on a TRV they should be spending more time outside of Canada than inside of Canada in any given year to avoid issues.

2) Duration of stay is really it.

3) I don't know.
