Hi all
I plan to apply for super visa for my parents. My wife is going to be my co-sponsor.Our combined income for the last year (2016) was 55000.We have no dependents so we were way above the minimum income level.
We have sufficient funds to show in our account (more than 20k).My parents have sufficient funds in their accounts as well plus lots of immovable assets. The issue is my wife has stopped working this year.I am the only one working at the moment. My permanent job does not meet the LiCo level.I have another job it it is on-call.If I combine both these incomes it will more than 45000 for 2017.
1.so my question is does cic only need Noa for last year or do I have to provide pay stubs for this year as well?
2.Do I also need to provide letter of employment ,because then my second job letter will say I am employed in an in-call basis.
3.Do I need to mention in the invitation letter that my wife is not working at the moment and I am the only one working right now.
Ps-On cic website it says provide Noa for last year OR pay stubs.
And I couldn't find anything related to job letter.
Experts please advice.

Based on the documents that are asked and my own personal experiences:

1 and 2. I attached NOA and T4/T1 General and a letter of my current employment arrangement. Did not attach any paystubs or bank statements at all. I am also not employed full time. I don't think they care about your current employment arrangement as long as make LICO. But again, the stronger your case the better your chances.
3. Technically all they care about is the income in your most current fiscal year NOA. So it should be fine if you wife isn't working at the very moment. I wouldn't tell something that is not asked for explicitly. People can always work just for 6 months and still make LICO. You don't have to work all 12 months and also meet the LICO.

Your wife would need to co-sign the undertaking as both of you together make up the LICO and do mention the total income in the invitation letter in bold. Lot of applicants get rejected because the case processing agent doesn't take spouse's income into considering automatically. So, make it obvious for them.

Probably the most ignored side of super visa is the applicants ties to home country, although nothing is ever mentioned explicitly around the topic, there are a few super visa rejections because of lack of applicant's ties to home country.

Consider Super Visa just as you would a visit visa as long as you meet LICO requirements.

Good Luck.

P.S. Although you never asked, but my 2 cents anyway, file a paper application, not that the outcome would be any different, but just the fact that I found it to be faster than online applications.

Thank you very much for all your help and support. It has cleared many of my doubts. But my question now is that I will provide them with my current letter of employment ,but since my wife is going to a co-signer , so if i didn't add her employment letter and in the invitation letter didnt mention that she is not working at the moment(I will mention where I working) wont that make the visa officer a bit suspicious and he might need to know what my wife is doing at the moment.
