Hi, I need some help.
I applied for Super Visa third time for my in-laws. They rejected it based on fingerprint was not provided.
First two times when we applied, it was rejected because they did not feel that the in-laws will go back. Third time we collected lots of documents to prove that they will go. back. Their fingerprint was already on the file, it came up as fingerprint not required as it was already done and valid for 7 years, so my inlaws didn't go for fingerprint again. But this time after three months, they rejected it again.
I am really disappointed on Canadian Super Visa processing department. It looks like they just don't want to issue Super Visa. Is there anything we can do?
Thanks for your help.
