Hi,
I have a question about re entry on super visa. I had applied for my mom's super visa back in march 2019, which was approved and super visa has a validity date till her passport expires ( approx 7-8 years ). She landed in Canada in July 2019, her passport was stamped on arrival with an expiration date which is for 2 years from the date on entry.
Question :- If she travels back to home country 1 or 2 months before the expiry date on stamp and re enters Canada a few weeks later, would she get a her passport stamped another 2 years since her super visa would still be valid ? or would she get to stay for 6 months like on a visitor visa ?
Anyone who has re entered on super visa, witnessed or have information about this please share your experiences your help is appreciated.
Thanks.
