Hi, I composed "Purpose of Travel" and "Invitation letter" documents which are required for Super Visa application (I used also some comments made by @mikeymyke in this post https://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/threads/please-i-need-a-sample-of-letter-of-purpose-for-visitor-visa-to-canada.244919/. I would appreciate any help related them. Is it composed ok? Are there any obvious red flags?

Purpose of Travel
To Whom It May Concern,

My name is XXXX. I currently live at XXXX and I'm the mother of XXXX, my son who is living in XXXX, Newfoundland and Labrador, Canada. I'm writing this letter in the hopes of demonstrating why I would like to apply for a Super visa to Canada. My purpose of applying for a visa is to visit and spend time with my son’s family. He lives there with his wife XXXX and a son - my grandson XXXX. I haven’t met them for more than 2 years. It is difficult for 3 of them to visit me in XXXX as my son can’t take long vacations at work. Also, it is difficult/dangerous to travel during a pandemic with a 2 year old kid, who refuses to wear a mask.

I would like to stay in Canada for about 7 months, from May 1st, 2022 to Nov 30th, 2022 provided that I will get approved for a visa before May 2022. If I get the visa later than May, I will visit Canada later, but won’t stay after November, 2022 because the winter in NL can be very windy and snowy as my son told me. I plan to live with my son’s family in their house (XXXX, NL) for the entire time, except when we go together for trips in Canada. My son will take care of all expenses, including my air tickets, medical insurance, house rent, utilities, food, living expenses and anything required. I don’t drive a car, so either my son or daughter in law will give me rides if needed, or I will take public transportation. My son is a Software Developer at XXXX. His current annual salary is $87,900. He has a healthy bank balance (total household checking accounts balance is currently over $100,000), no debts (always paying in full credit card balances before deadline). He has a very good credit history and score (770 by TransUnion, where the scale is 300-900). Any extra funds that I have (more than $16,200) will likely only be used as a last resort, as my son has a good job and salary, and will take care of all expenses.
My son and daughter in law are planning to have a 2nd kid, so I would be happy to be there when the kid is born. Depending on when she will get pregnant and when I will be in Canada, we may go to visit different places in Newfoundland in summer, cause it is the best time in that province for travel. One of the places we plan to visit is Terra Nova National Park. We can’t provide any itinerary as there are so many unknowns at this moment. I also can’t show a departure ticket in Nov 2022, as the online ticket booking websites allow you to book a ticket for a date after Sept 5th, 2022 (I checked google flights, and kayak).

My recent travel history includes 4 trips to France (2 via CDG airport in 2015 and 2016 and 2 via BRU airport in 2017 and 2019). The visits were to my daughter’s family who lives there with a husband and 2 boys, my grandsons. I am planning to visit them this coming winter as well. I have never overstayed my visa dates. Please see below my old passport scans showing my Schengen visas along with entry and departure dates. I have a house in [XXXX home country] where I have lived since my marriage (1982) (please see house ownership certificate below). The house is on common ownership, where my name, my kids names are shown, also the names of my deceased husband and deceased mother in law. Most of my friends and close relatives (including my brother) live in [XXXX home country]. Only my daughter is in France (she is a dual citizen of [XXXX home country] and France) and my son is in Canada (permanent resident). My daughter regularly visits me with a family at our house in [XXXX home city]. Other than house I have saving accounts in US dollars and in [XXXX home country currency] (please see statements from the bank below). I am a retiree (please see attached retirement certificate).

I hope this letter will help convince you of my genuine desire to visit my son and family and leave Canada at the end of my stay. Thank you very much for your time.

Best Regards,
XXXX

Invitation Letter for XXXX
To The Visa Officer,

My name is XXXX, I am a Canadian permanent resident, residing at XXXX, NL, Canada. I was born on yyyy-mm-dd in XXXX, XXXX. My household has 3 people including me, my wife, XXXX (born on yyyy-mm-dd) and my son, XXXX (born on yyyy-mm-dd). They are all permanent residents in Canada. I work as a Software Developer at CompanyXXX at XXXX, NL. My current annual salary is $87,900.

I provide this letter of invitation on behalf of my mother, XXXX, born on yyyy-mm-dd in XXXX, for a visit to Canada. She currently lives at XXXX. She is the owner of that house along with me and my sister (who has lived in France for about 8 years). Her cell phone number is +123456789. I will be funding her air tickets, stay, food, health insurance, local trips in Canada and whatever else is needed for the entire time she is in Canada. During her visit she will be staying at our house and I take complete responsibility to provide any kind of support to her during this time, as needed. We haven’t met since August of 2019. She is planning to visit us for about 7 months, from 2022-May-01 until 2022-Nov-30. The arrival date can be delayed based on when she will get the visa, but she is not going to stay after Nov 2020, cause the weather isn’t good in NL in the winter. She has a solid travel history in recent years (4 visits to her daughter’s family in France since 2015 and 1 upcoming visit soon) and has never overstayed visa dates. You can find her Schengen visa stamps in her “Purpose of travel” document.

Having considered XXXX’s very good travel history, her ties at home country (house, savings) and ties in France (daughter and grandsons), healthy amount of funds for her stay, proof of health insurance, as well as my job and assets, I sincerely request that you could grant her a Super visa into Canada.

Please feel free to contact me should you have any further questions regarding myself or XXXX.

Kind Regards,
Hand Signature of inviting person (Should I put hand signature?)
