Hello, I am a permanent resident in Canada who wants to help my mum apply for a super visa. One of the requirements is to prove my relationship with her, and one of the accepted documents is a birth certificate.
My issue is that since moving to Canada and getting PR, I changed my legal name (first and last name) so it's completely different from what's on my birth certificate. I have a certificate of name change from the government of BC and my PR card has my new legal name.
How can I prove my relationship with my mother in this case? Should I include a copy of the certificate of name change in the application?
