My MIL has plans to visit us starting in early August.
Since we are not sure how long she will stay with us (within the allowable 2 years of course) We are thinking of getting just a one way ticket.
Has anyone had trouble getting the full 2 years, or even a year, without a return ticket?
What kind of proof would border services need that she 'intends to return' and not overstay the allowable time?
I know we can always submit requests to extend the visa once she's here since she also has multientry we're really not worried about that part. I'm just concerned about her getting in at all.
