Hello everyone,

I am new to this forum. I would like to post my case and questions here in order to seek advice from all of you guys. I am planning to apply for a Super visa for my father. The details are as followings:

Background:
+ My parents divorced. I applied for my father separately, and then my mother and her husband around a few weeks after that. (all got rejected - now I plan to reapply for my father alone).
+ I am their only child. I came to Canada to study in 2018 for 2 years (2019-2020), worked part-time since 2019. I did not provide any proof relating to my job/income/bank statement.
Visitor visa rejected: September 2020.
Reasons for refusal:
• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay as a temporary resident, as stipulated in paragraph 179(b) of the IRPR, based on your travel history.
• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay as a temporary resident, as stipulated in paragraph 179(b) of the IRPR, based on the purpose of your visit.
• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay as a temporary resident, as stipulated in paragraph 179(b) of the IRPR, based on your personal assets and financial status.
(another possibly unstated reason could be that I applied for all 3 of my parents almost at around the same time)

What was included in the application:
+ My father:
- His house under his name and his niece's name (co-ownership) starting 2020.
- His bank certificate with ~6k CAD
- No job history -> No bank statement provided
- No travel history
- Has 2 sisters in our home country
+ Travel purpose: visit me and my family (me and my fiancé) and Canada. I provided an itinerary (i.e., visit Toronto, Quebec) for the duration of 3 weeks (due to Covid regulation)
+ Invitation letter from me (no signature, no notary), my Study permit in Can, my birth certificate. It was my fault since I declared that I would bear all of his expenses during his stay, yet I did not provide any POF from my side.

Now, with Super Visa, I think it is a bit more optimistic since POF would come from my side (no problem about this).
However, I am still concerned about his travel history (this is not easy to improve, due to Covid situation in the past year, and also he does not want to go elsewhere).
For the purpose of visit, to be honest, I would want to bring him here to live with me while awaiting for Parent sponsorship to open and process (which would take around 3 years the earliest). Yet, we have no intention to overstay the max 2 years as regulated. I feel sorry for my father to stay alone at home. Unfortunately, my job does not allow me to work remotely from another country, so I can only spend max 2-3 weeks on vacation if I want to go back to my home country to visit.

Given my situation, my questions are:
1. Length of stay: How long should I write here? is 2 year a reasonable answer?
2. My bank account has round 10k in CAD. Our family income is around 200kCAD + we have a house with a mortgage around 450kCAD. Is this strong enough or should I wait until we have bigger savings (is there a threshold for this?)
3. Does his zero travel history still have a big impact in a Super visa application?
4. Do you think he would have a higher chance of getting approval this time? I am really worried and afraid of being refused for a second time.

Thank you so much for all of your advice!
