Super Visa or Visitor Visa? | India

I am PR in Canada since 2017. My sister is coming to canada on study permit in January. Unfortunately, my dad is no more and I don’t want to leave my mom alone in India.
Also, I am going to marry soon in Canada as I got engaged this month.

- Should I apply for Super visa or visitor visa for my mom?
- we have agricultural land and 2 houses and mom’s pension to show family ties.
- will she be able to give biometrics in this pandemic?

Her chances of approval are better for a supervisa but you and your sister in Canada her ties to India to prove she will return are pretty weak. Biometrics are now possible but only by appointment and she may not qualify at the moment or it may take a while. It will definitely not be possible for her to get the supervisa by January.

Show as many reasons why she has to return to India and won't remain in Canada permanently.

We bought a new house. That must be enough and as we have agricultural land here in India as well.
