They didn’t even respond to 2 webforms I sent just stated they received it on the tracker

Hi folks,

My mum is waiting since Aug and haven't heard back from them after medical check.
She is stuck in Security screening, any idea how long this takes?

For my case, the application was submitted for Super Visa in October 2024. The medical has been passed in January 2025 for mom and dad. The
principal applicant of the application already received passport with stamping. But haven't received the passport request letter for second applicant, even both the applications were submitted together as family. Raised 2 webforms but received the generic response as "in progress". I am not sure if this is normal or how long it will take to get the passport request letter. Thanks
