Super Visa - Need help on timelines

Hi,
I’m canadian PR and I applied SuperVisa for my parents (India).
I submitted the application on Dec 12,2020. Their biometircs was updated a day afte ( they have valid biometrics from 2019). The application status is in process for more than a month. I was planning for their travel during March.

Do i have to contact CIC with the Covid exemption form?
Is there any way to contact CIC to get the application processed?
Please helm me with any suggestions.

Processing times for super visas from India are over 300 days right now.

There is no way to expedite processing.

Hey, did you get approval? I also applied Dec 2020, waiting for an update.

Hi , I got the super visa approved in Apr 2021. At that time I contacted CIC with all the information.
