Super visa medicals exam attached but CIC sent me medical request ,what to do?!!

Hi all,

I sent my parents applications on 14 April,my parents maid the requred medical test in advanced from an a listed panel physician at cic website,the doctor sent us a soft copy of the results which I attached to the online application in the specified 'unpload file'' section for medical reports.

Just today I received notification of updates on my email for both of my parents, surprisingly I found ONLY in my mother folder a new message /request of medical request attached 'IMM1017'.

1- how to contact CIC now and inform them I already attached medical results for mother and father.
2- what is this IMM1017, is it a re-midical or further exams necessary?.
3- why did I receive two notification for both files in my email,but on MyCiC its one file''mother'' which is updated.?!

For more on this - Can you tell me when was the upfront medical exam was done and if it was done before a year, did Physician give you printout from eMedical or IMM1017B Upfront Medical Report form to submit with the application?
and you also need to attach copy of confirmation of the medical exam
If you have both of those and it has been done before 12 months, just attach same copy again stating you have done upfront medical exam.

the upfront medicals was done a month ago, and its valid till march 2018 ,and the doc send me by email scanned copy of eMedicals for both parents, I contacted the dr office and they said just ignore it since u uploaded the emedical and its valid, I sent case specific inquiry yesterday as well,but I didnt attach again the emedicals in my inquiry.

the strange part is, they only sent medical request for my mother only ,although father as well is included in the application and also done and uploaded his medical exam result.

I wouldn't suggest ignoring CIC, did you attach confirmation letter from doctor that medical exam is done ?
as per the requirement you will need to attach both : IMM1017B + document confirming that you got a medical exam.
Uploading documents again to your application won't hurt - Just a suggestion.

I tried to attach the emedicals to the cse i sent but system only accepts files upto 2M and the pdf was 2.somthing ,zip is not accepted file format,i dont know if i take a snap picture of both emedicals will that be acceptable or only the original pdf from the doctor?!

You can reduce size of PDF through acrobat pdf, google how to reduce pdf size and upload original reduced size pdf to your documents.
