Hello! My parents recently applied for a super visa under the same application. My father received his medical request but my mother did not. She gave her biometrics again after submitting the application while my father used the ones he'd previously given. They have never had medicals done before.

Has anyone encountered this situation before? What could be the reason?

Processing is done individually even though they applied together which is likely why there is a delay between medical requests. When did your mother do her biometrics?

She gave her biometrics on 11th November. And my father received his medical request on 19th November.
