My parents would be flying to canada soon. They have a super visa. There super visa is expiring in about 3-4 months i.e march 2025. They have return ticket booked for feb 2025. Would that be okay if they just got the health insurance until feb i.e date of leaving canada or they have to get full 1 year insurance?

The visa expiration date does not equal to the date your parents have to leave Canada. As long as they entered Canada before visa expires, they can stay up to 5 years as per the super visa policy.
So my understanding is you have to get them 1 year insurance.

They need the full year but most policies allow you to get a refund for the unused months. Read the supervisa policy to confirm.
