I'm planning to apply for Super Visa for my in-laws in India. Meantime, I've informed my in-laws to get their medical exams done, prior to submitting the application package to avoid delays. However, the physician asked them if they have any ref. number/file number. In the CIC website its mentioned that one can do the medicals prior to submitting the application, and they need to take only the passports and photographs for the exam.
