Super Visa- Medical exam updated for one Parent only

Hi,
I applied for my Parents super visa online. My Parents are in Pakistan. Good news is we received Medical exam request for both my Parents. Both my Parents gave medical exam together on 10th March and the results were updated 'Passed' for my Mother online application in just 2 days however my Father's online application is not getting update with Medical result still stuck with 'Your action is required' status. Its been a while now, my Parents super visa insurance starts on 14th April and they are supposed to embark on this date as well. So can somebody please advice me what is the best course of action. My Mother haven't got her passport request yet as well. I submitted a web form regarding this situation and they are not responding. I called IRCC and they informed me that they cannot access super visa files as they are applied outside Canada. I checked with IOM as well who sent me confirmation of results submission as well. Any helpful advice will be highly appreciated.

Can you please update your situation of only one parent medical exam update. In my case also, it is the same situation. My mother medical was only updated. My father was not updated for supervisa.

If it has been more than 2 weeks one parent may have had a medical concern flagged for further review by a doctor. The doctor will then decide whether further tests are needed. Youwill be contacted if further testing is needed.
