Super Visa - London processing times

Hi everyone!
My MIL submitted her Super Visa application to the London office about 6 weeks ago. The website says 7 days processing, which I imagine is a best case scenario...
Has anyone applied to the London office? What is the processing time like?
Any help would be greatly appreciated, we're getting nervous!

It will be longer than the 8 days quoted as she will have to have a medical, which will add about a month or so to the processing time. The 8 days is not for Supervisas.

There was a thread on http://britishexpats.com/forum/showthread.php?t=797829 London took 4 months to issue the super visa.
