Super visa LICO

Hello everyone,
Hope you all are doing well. I am going to submit an online application for super visa for my mother soon. My sister is the one who will be providing the LICO(Low Income Cut Off) and other documents as she has been a Canadian PR for the past 2 years. She has successfully reached the LICO and we have prepared most of the other documents as well but I had a few queries. My questions are the following:
1. Which documents does she have to provide for the LICO proof, meaning which document is the most preferred? The NOA, T1 or T4, pay stubs or the appointment letters or all of them(on the CIC website it says only one so I got confused)?
2. She will be receiving her T1/T4 documents in almost 2 months time, we cant wait that long so instead, is providing the appointment letters and pay stubs enough(she already has these)?
3. Is there a way for her to get her T1/T4 documents quicker?
4. We will be showing some money as proof of finance from our mother's side. Our father is the one who will be providing that money. Do I show his Bank statements or my mother's? And for how many past months?

NOA is the preferred proof for LOCO.

@canuck78 thanks for the reply. Can we get the NOA without the T1 or T4. I heard that you need the tax documents in order to get the NOA.

How to get a copy in the link. You can’t get 2020 until you have filed taxes.

@Abe98Kay I'm in the same boat as you, companies may not give you T4 early to file for an NOA in 2020, so, that's a time consuming process. I will probably mention this in my letter of explanation on why I shared paystub and bank statements instead of NOA if allowed.

@canuck78 thanks for the reply. Can we get the NOA without the T1 or T4. I heard that you need the tax documents in order to get the NOA.

In general most only apply after filing their first year of taxes.

Agree That companies are unlikely to give you a T4 early. In general most wait until they have filed their taxes and then apply.
