super visa landing without 1 year medical insurance?

Hi all,

My parents have the super visa approved now. They are going to visit us in the summer for a few months (2-3 months). I have cancelled their super visa insurance as they don't plan to stay here for a year. I'm just planning to buy some monthly insurance for them. Let me know if they will need to provide medical insurance when they land to Canada?

This wont work and at the border they will deny entry. You need to purchase a one year policy for $100,000 regardless how long they plan to visit for.
