Super visa issue

I applied supervisa for my parents on 28 april
I recieved passport request for my father on jun 24 but my mother account is same nothing change
Anyone know whats this

No Issue. Applications are processed separately. Mother may get PPR soon.

I recieved aa medical for my mother
I submit a medical also when i apply
So now i am confuse
I need to again medical or i submit same one which one submit when i apply because they didin't write about that medical they just write u reached the stage where medical is required
Any body have idea about this?
