Super Visa help needed

Hello everyone.

I have moved to Canada as PR on August 2014. My current family income is 1,20,000 CAD.
My Tax return in 2014 was around 30,000 CAD as it was partial year.

Now my parents are already in Canada under visitor visa and staying here till March 3rd 2016.
I want to apply for their Super Visa so that they can comeback in April or May 2016 for 2 years.

Can you please help me with following.
1) Am I eligible for applying their super visa?
2) Can I Apply for their super visa while they are here? I don't think so but need confirmation from here.
3) What is the processing time from India for super visa? If I apply in March 2016, will the application processing done in April or May?

Hi,

1) Am I eligible for applying their super visa?

You must calculate LICO by considering yourself + your spouse + your children + your parents.... and then check if you meet LICO. If you do not then your spouse can be the co-inviter for their Super Visas.

You can submit your+your spouse's NOAs, employment letters, payslips, bank statements, etc

2) Can I Apply for their super visa while they are here? I don't think so but need confirmation from here.

No, you cannot. They must apply from India for super visas.

3) What is the processing time from India for super visa? If I apply in March 2016, will the application processing done in April or May?

Not possible to say if the application will be processed in April/May if you apply in March
