I am applying for my Mother-in-law to come visit us during the time that our second baby is going to be born. She is from Vietnam and currently living there. I put the reason of the visit as Visit family is that OK?

My mother-in-law has no bank account and I will be paying for the entire trip. My wife and I have a combined income of near 80K and I have a company that generates 100k-200k of income a year. What should I put in the funds available thread?

For the TRV, 'Funds available for the visit' would be the finances which your mom-in-law can prove/substantiate with evidence. It is not your finances

For Super Visa it doesn't really matter how much you put in the funds available, coz they don't ask for any proof on that... I applied for my mother-in-law and entered 5000$ but didn't show any proof for it, the Super visa was approved with no problem. As long as you meet LICO and upload your Notice of assessment / T4 or T1 thats enough. When you write the invitation letter, include a page where you and your husband pledge to take care of all her expenses including flight ticket, food and all other expenses that she will have in Canada.
