Super visa for student's parent

I am single graduate student and getting scholarship (but not as much as stated in Low income cut-off). Is there anyone who is in a similar position like me and applied for super visa for their parents.

I live in Ontario and wish my dad can join me here in 2016 Summer.

If you don't meet the low income cut-off, then a super visa isn't an option. Your father should apply for a regular visitor visa. CIC won't make an exception and meeting LICO is a mandatory requirement.
