Super visa for parents

Hi,

I was thinking of applying for super visa for my parents and got their upfront medical done. I haven't submitted their application yet and my father was asked for additional medical examination again (earlier for x-ray and now for sputum test). I understand that his application will probably be on hold for 2-3 months at least and only when his test is negative his application will move forward.
  • I was thinking of applying for them together. But given the change in situation, should I apply for my mother separately first? Would this prove stronger ties to home country as well as she will have her spouse back home? (They don't own any property or investments. Can only manage pension certificates and renting agreement. Not sure how strong these are to show ties)
  • Supposedly, if my mother gets her super visa approved and she's still back home, can I then apply for my father's super visa similarly (showing ties to home country with my mother back home)?
  • Given that both my parents have visitor visa but haven't travelled on it yet, can my father travel while waiting for his medical examination results or does this make him medically inadmissible on visitor visa as well?
Many thanks in advance
