super visa for parents - new delhi

Hi All

I am PR in Canada. I have to sponsor my parents for the supervisa. Both my parenta are working in new delhi. Could you please let me know about all the forms to be filled and a list of proofs and documents that needs to be attached? Please also advise about what is the processing time for supervisa from delhi these days and whether is it better to apply online or via vfs ? and also what are the main things that i need to make sure in order to make my parents application strong.

Thanks for your response. I have gone through this link. I also wanted to know abt the personal experiences if they faced any problems with their applications or any points which should be taken care of while applying.
