Out of RO, within Canada completing the mandatory days - can someone apply for a super visa for parents?

Hi Ishaan, sorry to hijack your thread, but may I ask how did the whole process and interaction with CBSA officials at the airport go upon your landing? Did they give you hard time? Can you share your experience. Will be very helpful for folks like me whose RO compliance is in a tricky zone given the time spent outside Canada.

Thank You.

Yes, you can apply for a super visa for your parents. Note that this won't be possible until sometime next year once you have NOA.

CRA Notice of Assessment (NOA). It's what you will get next year after you file your taxes for 2021 and once CRA has processed your return. IRCC requires an NOA as part of the super visa application as part of the evidence to prove you meet the income requirements.
