Hello,
Both my wife and I have PR status in Canada. I am working full time. My wife is not working and we are currently expecting a baby. We would like to bring my wife's family (from India) on a visitor's visa to stay with us temporarily here in Canada and that they can also be helpful to my wife and the new born.
Now, I understand that we might be able to bring her parents under the 'Super Visa' category but not her brother. She has a brother who is 24 years old/single/completed his studies India and currently looking for employment there. We are worried if there is a higher probability for his Visitor Visa to be denied given his current status (Immigration may think he wants to stay back in Canada when he is absolutely no plan of doing).
What is the recommended way to approach the above scenario? Should we apply for all theirs Visas at same time or it is better to apply for her Parent's 'Super Visa' first, get that sorted out and then worry about her brother's visa?
