Mom is from Belarus visiting her daughter. She would like to stay in Canada longer. She has a multiple entry visa for 10 years, arrived sumer 2021. Because they have to apply for a super visa from outside of Canada, they plan to go Cuba for vacation and apply from their. Is it possible to do so? And when they come back in a week, where to send a passport?
