Hoping to get some help here. I am planning to apply for Super Visa for my parents who are currently in Philippines. I already gathered all the documents but I do not know how to start the application. Can I do the online application on behalf of them?

Hi. I did the same. I gathered all of the requirements for my mom. Since she’s not tech savy, I uploaded it for her online.

Yes you can either act as their representative or help fill out the application on their behalf.
