My father was recently granted a super visa to Canada and I just had some questions regarding entry.
1) Does he need to have his insurance papers with him to be granted entry.
2) He was granted a 8 year (passport expires), multiple entry visa, I have read that it is up to the border officer to decide this, can some one please explain what this means.
3) Suppose the Border Officer gave him a year to stay in Canada, can he come back after leaving in that one year.
