Hi,
I have a question regarding the duration of stay for Super Visa (Parent and Grandparent visa).
My mother-in law has a super visa and the following are her entries and exits:
1. She entered Canada on April 12 2018 with Super visa
2. She travelled to USA for 3 days in October 2018
3. She travelled to India on November 30th 2018 and returned to Canada by December 27th 2018 (27 days).
4. Till date(25-12-2019), she has been staying in Canada
There are no stampings in her passport each time she entered Canada. My question is how long she can stay in Canada.
On the website, it says "The Parent and Grandparent Super Visa (Super Visa) is a temporary resident permit that allows parents and grandparents to stay for up to 2 years in Canada per visit."
Please advise.
