Super Visa - Case notes - how to get them?

Hi everyone,

How can I get Super Visa visa officer notes? Between the CAIPS, GCMS, and FOSS, I am confused what applies these days. Is this the page one has to go to, to request the notes and is this what gives all the data back?

1. You need the GCMS notes (CAIPS is the same) and permission from the person whose notes you are requesting and you request under ATIP not privacy.

Thanks. What is the link for GCMS notes? Or is that done in paper? If so, again what is the official link for that.
P.S. I thought ATIP stands for "Access to Information and Privacy"
