Hello,

I am applying for supervisa. At the end I got liat of document that I need to upload. Usually they asked for Proof of Insurance but they are asking for "Medical treatment letter" instead. Can any one know why it is like that? What it is? I attached SS of it here.
I double check my answers under Medical History everything OK there as well. Can anyone please help.

No. But I found it, where I did the mistake. Thank you. I answer one quesrion wrong.
