SUPER VISA APPLICATION

Hi Guys,

I'm planning to apply Super Visa of my parents this year. I am completing all the forms for them and they will just sign it but I need your help in filling up the forms.

1. In the form IMM5257E (Application for Temporary Resident Visa) under the Details of Visit to Canada Item No. 2 "Indicate how long you plan to stay?" Can you suggest how many months will I put - 6 months? 1 year? or what?

2. In the same form and still under Details of Visit to Canada Item No. 4 "Relationship of person I will visit" What does it mean if it says "Relationship to Me"?

3. Can I submit their application online on their behalf using my credit card to pay for the processing fees?

I filled the forms for my mother and submitted the application in paper as the Wait time in embassy near my mother's location is just 10 days. She got the approval in 3 days with 10 yr Super Visa. So i can try to help you as much as i can.

1.In the form IMM5257E (Application for Temporary Resident Visa) under the Details of Visit to Canada Item No. 2 "Indicate how long you plan to stay?" Can you suggest how many months will I put - 6 months? 1 year? or what?
Answer: No definite length describes how much you should write. But you can write for 2 months approx. it will not held against you if they stay longer in SV. However, they can stay as long as 2 years in one visit without any issues.

2. In the same form and still under Details of Visit to Canada Item No. 4 "Relationship of person I will visit" What does it mean if it says "Relationship to Me"?
Answer: Yes, its relation from the eyes of the Applicant. So your parents filing the application should write Son/Daughter

3. Can I submit their application online on their behalf using my credit card to pay for the processing fees?
Answer: yes you can submit their documents online as long as you write the country of residence where they are staying currently and will be there until visa application is approved.

yes, you can use your own visa

Online application doesn't need to be signed by them, but the attested supporting documents need to be.
