My PR was approved. I have got COPR. But still waiting for the PR card.
Can I apply for my parents' super visa on COPR?

No you need to wait for your PR card. Supervisa is not really meant for those who just received status in Canada. You just got PR and were a visitor before. Would personally wait until you have established yourself in Canada. If there are concerns that your parents are trying to move with you to Canada they may be denied. Supervisa remains a visitor visa so your parents must show they aren’t moving to Canada and will return home.

So you’re not the spouse that is being sponsored? Did you work or did your spouse work?

So yes once you get your PR card you can apply.
