Super visa application 2024 refusal based on family size of 4 but i applied for 3 members in total ( excluded my ex wife we got divorced in dec 2022)

Hello , This question focuses on the total number of family members for LICO . I applied for my parents super visa on 21 may 2024 . On 25 sep, 2024 , ( the IRCC officer refused by saying I'm not satisfied that LICO has not been met) but from our side, we met the LICO annual income for 3 members . So , we requested IRCC to provide brief explanation about the refusal notes on November 22,2024. Today on december 16,2024, we got the refusal notes and it does say the visa was refused because of the LICO annual salary not met for ( Family Size :4 (2+ 2) ) but we are only 3 members( just me and my parents) . The officer considered my ex wife in the application .(we got divorced in dec 2022 ) . Please guide what to do .
