Super visa - Applicatant stayed for year and left & wanna come back(insurance?)

Hi,

So if a super visa applicant leave Canada after a year but still have valid visa to come back, does he need to show insurance for a year again when he travels back to Canada?

Yes, the medical insurance coverage for one year must be valid for each entry to Canada

Yes, as they might check at the border and if the parent does not show proof of one year insurance they might be allowed entry.
