SUPER DOUBTS - FILLING FORMS

Guys, I got the ITA on Oct 23rd, and now I'm filling up all the forms and I have some doubts that I know someone can help me ;D :p

1) When I applied, I wasn't working to this company. Now I’m living/working in New Zealand, shall I add this working experience?
I was oficially hired in NZ on Oct 1st, but have been working as contractor for 11 months;

2) During 5 months I worked full time for 2 companies, would be a problem to log that?

3) On "Address History", should I add the places where I stayed even for 1 month or less? In between overseas living, I returned to my home town few times for 1-3 months;

4) During April 2011 to April 2013 I ran my own company, I have the business ownership contract, should I translate it or would the official summary of ownership be enough? Also, I can get from my account the earnings I had during this period.

5) Should I add all my former employers or for the last 10 years? I have reference letters for the past 10 years ones, but not all of them.
Will the CIC call all the former employers? I got the letter from my most recent employer, but if they call him, I wonder if he could give any bad feedback. Once he already signed the letter, would that be a big issue?

Thank you so much! I really appreciate your help!!!

Congrats,

1) In terms of points or any thing, it doesn't really matter since its a short change as i perceive. Still you should mention your situation at the time of application. So since you are working at company x now since y, put that in. May be explain as a point in cover letter that i joined this company AFTER submitting EE profile.

2) You mean you worked for say 2.5 months at one company and rest of the time out of 5 months at the other? That should be okay. However, you cannot have two full time simultaneous jobs working 16 hrs a day.

3) Only mention permanent places you lived for long periods, ignore temp ones. 1 month is too short, you should be able to safely ignore a residence where you lived for 3 months or so.

4) Hard to say any thing like this. The more documentation you can easily provide to prove your business - the better.

5) The employment experience which you did not claim points for doesn't really matter that much. As far as i remember last 3 years or so count at max. There are no points for any experience beyond that. But documentation for those 3 years should be appropriate in the format CIC asked for

Hello Vancitydream,

Hope your doubts are cleared now. I would also recommend you to check this thread as well - http://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/ita-for-19th-draw-please-connect-here-t368416.0.html

You can connect in that thread and share your questions and views as there are few people already sailing in the same boat.

Thanks,
Mohan U.

Hi friends,

I have a query, how many family members you are applying? what type of medical exams you opted in? Is it e-medical? and under "Client Visa Details", what type of upfront medical they wrote? Non EDE/Worker for you and what type for your spouse (if you have any)?

Answered already on the other thread you posted earlier. Please do not replicate the same question on multiple threads. Thanks
