Hello everyone,
I am so super confused and running out of time. I agreed to help an international student at a school where I work (in the US) to get a Canadian visa to attend a school trip.
She just got the email asking to submit the passport, and she can't figure out what to do next. I've tried reading several websites (including CIC), but there are so many little exceptions to almost everything that I thought I would ask you hoping that there is a wizard here who will simply clarify things for me.
1. Do I send the passport to New York VAC?
2. Do I need to pay the $34 processing fee (I though it was included in the $100 visa application fee)?
3. I read somewhere that the return envelope should not have postage on it - does the air waybill cover the expenses?
Please please please any advise appreciated.
