There is no fast and easy route. You are over 40 with no Canadian education or work expereince. IELTS is too low and not bilingual. Check to see if your Express Entry selection score is at least 67 with ECA and IELTS makes you even eligible to submit a profile.

People in Canadian on temporary work permits with a Masters and Canadian work experience don’t even get PR. You are in a licensed profession too so most PNPs are not an option.

Improve your English language test scores and max out points there. Learn French.
