Pre-Assessed..
Hi Y'all,
I just submitted my application for Canada PR (after ITA) and would like to get a feeler for prospects. I know its too early, but I guess it doesn't hurt to ask. What are my prospects with the following:

3 Years work exp in IT in USA, specifically
- Native Android App Development (Java, Android SDK) : 2 years
- Hybrid App Dev (AngularJS, JS, CSS, HTML) : 1 year

Education:
- BTech from India
- MS from a US Ivy league University

Anyone with a similar profile got a job in Canada? Which city would have the maximum probability for getting a job in IT?

Thanks!

With a PR you have lots of chances to get a job. Experience from the USA is good.

you shouldn't have too much trouble finding work in Toronto(or Montreal) with that work history or education...that said the USD to CAD salary you will see here could be around between 15-25% lower depending on industry...you are definitely not going to see silicon valley level salaries here...but in return you get full health care and pension for a similar amount you pay in SS in the US
