Listen CBC Radio online
You can download their APPs on you mobile.
They have program called "As it happens" which has 2-3 min of news segment similar to actual exam.

Speaking
-Download recorder on you mobile.
- prepare question as many as you can.
- Record answers within given time period for that
- Now listen recording and correct yourself next time.

Writing
- Practise writing actual letter within given time frame.
- prepare yourself with many sentences/ words/ Ideas in advance, make your mind you will going to start end your letter.

Reading
- Do practise
