My classes will start on August 28 for Sep 2012 intake...
but didn't get the visa yet.... applied on 31st July.......
so at least how many days before we should reach there....
me and my friend will be staying together... so we have to search an apartment for us... it will also take time... very tensed...
can any one give suggestion......??
seniors and everyone who are already there can suggest me...
i will be staying in hamilton....

This time of year CHC is busy so delays are possible, just plan the things in advance and as soon as u get visa execute the planning...

Yes it is right that this time processing is taking too much time and if your visa gets delayed then you can start your college from next week of starting showing the reason why you reached Canada late and if your profile is good and straight forward then you might get visa within a week so best of luck and you will get visa in next 2-3 days!!

It is very usual for students to be late by 1-2 weeks (especially for the sep intake). Just notify your university and seek advice through email or phone. Ask your dept. that till what date it would not affect your academics in case you land late
