Suggestion required on express entry

I am planning to apply for Canadian PR in express entry. I need some suggestions.

I had applied for PR before as Social worker because I did little work during my studies. But due to some discrepancies, application got rejected and I got letter that it has been rejected but I might been inadmissible for 2 years however, I replied them to convince my case but I never got any reply from department. Now its been more then three years to this matter

I am a software engineer with 10 years of exp, want to apply in new process. So, the suggestion I need that with new application, do I need mention the social work experience also or I can skip it?

It is urgent please help me to do so.

If it was paid full time experience then yes. mention it in your personal history but since you arent claiming points for it then no need to mention in the work history.

Thanks so much fro the reply. I will exclude that experience as that is not my IT relevance, further just one more question that is was that past rejection case that I have mentioned above cause any hurdle in my current case?

As long as your data is accurate and verifiable you should be good provided the previous ban has expired.

Data is verified and absolutely genuine, also my ban has expired already last year. So without doubt I can move now, right?

As EE requirements work experience outside Canada, if I have 6+ years experience and don't get extra points after 3+ years. Do i need to submit all 6+ years work history? or showing last 3+ years experience is enough? If I show 6+years shall i get any extra benefits?

For CRS purposes, 3+ years of experience allows you to score maximum on Skills Transferability.

For FSW eligibility purposes, you get 15 points for 6+ years of experience gained under a single NOC. These count towards the 67/100 eligibility score.

Keep both in mind before deciding on declaring (or leaving out) work experience.

Thanks Asivad Anac for your reply. I have 67/100 in FSW with 3+ yrs experience and CRS points are also okay. I have experience class in NOC 2171A and 2173A. I am a new applicant and don't have much experience about it. I already in a process of ECA.

SO you think is it okay with it to show 3+ years of experience. Old experience letter are a bit hassle to collect and also need some modifications to match NOC description. What do you suggest me to do? For showing experience what papers needed to show/verification process.

If you're eligible with just 3 years of experience, perfectly fine to show just that experience.

Recommend that you first check the equivalency of your Masters in Canada ---> http://www.wes.org/ca/immigrants/preliminary.asp

If your Masters degree is equivalent to a Canadian Masters, you can choose to get the ECA done for that alone or for both Bachelors and Masters. You don't need to get it done for school credentials. WES has country-specific document requirements and processes so you should probably spend some time going through those in detail to understand what documents need to be sent and who needs to send them to WES Canada.
