I have raised a spousal open work permit VISA for my wife on February 24, 2021 and still have not yet received any revert from IRCC. It has been since long there is no reply from IRCC.
I am in Canada now and want to bring my wife as early as possible. I have raised an MP enquiry for this file and MP intimated me this can be a case of refusal as I have not uploaded my marriage documents properly. I have also raised a webform to attach my marriage documents with the VISA file. But still there is no progression.
Can you please suggest what should be my next process because it has been long while there is no intimation from IRCC.
Can I withdraw this VISA and raise a new visitor VISA/OPEN work permit VISA because now I have my marriage documents ready.
My main intention is to bring my wife as early as possible.
