Suggestion on college change post visa application

Hello ,
I have a situation having LOA from college A(Ontario) Jan 21 intake and applied for Student VISA , Waiting for decision on VISA . College A allowing for online classes without visa approval will full refund in case of rejection.
Having another LOA from college B for Sep 21 intake, this college is in Atlantic Province

Applied for - UG Diploma in Networking
Work Exp - 10 Yrs in Telecom Network
IELTS - 7 not less than 6 in any
Current Qualification - 10+3 Diploma

I understand if my visa got refused for Jan 21 intake for college A I will re-attempt for Sep 21 intake for College B .

What are the options to change the college in case of VISA approval & start of online studies ?

Although the courses of both colleges are similar but College B has CO-OP whereas college A not having CO-OP & to be honest college B has pathway to AIPP as well.
P.S- I don't want to withdraw the in progress visa application. I am looking for options to change college after VISA approval or after start of classes.

Please suggest.

You can send a webform and inform them of your decision, but its unclear exactly what will happen as this is not an official process, your visa could even be cancelled, once in Canada you can change to whatever college you want.

Would take it one step at a time with 10 years experience I fail to see how this course will lead to career advancement or provide more advanced skills.
