suggestion on Certified true copies

I am keeping my application under CEC soon, I have question on checklist. I have to submit a copy current workpermit, I would like to know weather it should be certfied by Notary or I can send a copy with out certified.
One more question is, All the copies have to certify or I can submit a copy without certification. (for eg educational qualification certificates etc.)
Please advise me.

Anywhere on the checklist it says "copy," is just a plain photocopy. It does not require certification/notarization unless specified (e.g in the case of translations).
