I have two nominations from Ontario, one under "Non express entry - Skilled worker with job offer" category and other one under Express Entry. Based on my knowledge, Non Express Entry do NOT require much documents and also it will be done by employer. Express Entry need lot of documentation and i think it will be faster. I was in Canada for 5 years and completed max limit of ICT Work Permit and now in India.
I am not clear which one i need to apply. Your suggestion will help me to take right decision.
