suggestion needed for my chances for canada immigration

Dear all,
I am presenting my case for your review and suggestions for my canada immigration under FSW in 2013.

Age-30 years.
Qualification - master in pharmacy ( reseach and development division, formulation development)
Experience - 7 years 03 months ( formulation development division of pharmaceutical industry)
IELTS score - listening 7, speaking 7, reading 6, writing 6. Overall score 6 bands.
Marrital status - married.
Wife - house wife. She is having Bachelor in Arts degree.

My questions are..
1. Does I and my family qualifies for Canada immigration under FSW programme ?
2. How many points does i obtain from my details ?
